Terms and community rules

Ruah (formerly Finger Chat) is operated by Boram Capital. By using Ruah, you agree to these rules and the privacy policy.

Ruah provides invitation-only private rooms for live encrypted text. Rooms are not listed or searchable. There are no accounts.

Use respectfully

Do not send threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, illegal content, spam or other people's private information without permission. You are responsible for what you send. Invite only people you know.

Volatile by design

Rooms, keys and messages exist only while the app is open and connected. There is no history, backup or recovery. Do not rely on Ruah to keep records.

Moderation and reports

Room hosts can remove participants. Report abuse to boramcapital@gmail.com. Because content is end-to-end encrypted and not stored, we act by revoking tickets and terminating rooms, not by reading messages.
